CONSISTENT IN PRAYER // OCTOBER 14, 2020
Now when Daniel learned that the decree had been published, he went home to his upstairs room where the windows opened toward Jerusalem. Three times a day he got down on his knees and prayed, giving thanks to his God, just as he had done before.
Daniel had a practice of praying three times a day with a grateful heart. He was not shy about this practice nor did he allow pressure from the kings edict to frighten him. He would not compromise his faith. He knew God was his source and prayer was is connection.
Prayer is an opportunity, not an obligation. We have the privilege of connecting directly with our Creator and inviting him into the situations of our life. We should do other things than pray but we should never do anything without prayer. If we consistently kneel in prayer we will be able to consistently stand in faith.
What are you grateful for? What challenges are you facing? What are you believing God for? Make prayer a priority today. If you would like for others to stand in agreement with you, please reach out by clicking the link below. We are here for you!
